At The Palm Villa, our property are self-catered. This means you’ll have your own private space and enjoy living more independently, just like at home. You only pay for what you use, such as electricity, water, laundry, cleaning, and small consumables like toilet paper and garbage bags.
We also ask guests to take care of a few simple things during their stay, like managing their own trash. It’s perfect for guests who enjoy having their own routine and a bit more freedom while staying with us.
EXCLUDED IN RENT
-Electricity: 7 THB/unit
-Water: 40 THB/unit.
We a reading meters together at check-in and check-out. An estimate for use of water, electricity 1,500 THB per week will be pre-paid as a deposit in cash at check-in. The actual cost, read meters, is balance at check-out and you only pay what you used.
The estimated cost for normal consumption 2-bedroom villa is 700-1,000 THB per week and most guests receive a refund.
-A mandatory one-time cleaning and linen change fee of 1,400 THB applies for every 2 weeks of your stay plus check-out cleaning and laundry fee of 1,400 THB.
